Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

This Right of Withdrawal applies only to customers located within the European Union and is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

If you are located outside of the European Union, please refer to our standard Returns Policy for information on returns and cancellations.

Important Information About Opened Products

All MorMe Prosthetics products are supplied in clear, sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain sealed products once they have been opened after delivery. As our products are supplied sealed, we are unable to accept withdrawal requests for products where the seal has been broken, removed, or otherwise opened.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please ensure that the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

If a product is returned to us with the seal broken or packaging opened, we may be unable to process the withdrawal request and the item may not be eligible for a refund under the EU Right of Withdrawal provisions.
