Which sleeve should I choose?

Choosing the right sleeve depends on your intended use and getting the correct size.

We currently offer two main options:

The Original Foreskin Sleeve
This version is specifically designed for use with our stroker 2.0. It has a fixed shape and structure to ensure proper function, and cannot be cut or trimmed. If you plan to use the sleeve with a stroker, this is the recommended option.

The Customisable Sleeve
This newer version is designed for flexibility and customisation. It can be carefully trimmed down to size, allowing you to adjust the length for a more personalized fit based on your anatomy and preferences.

Sizing matters
Whichever option you choose, getting the right size is very important for comfort, performance, and safety. We strongly recommend measuring first and using our sizing guide before purchasing. A well fitted sleeve should feel secure but not tight or restrictive.

If you’re unsure, starting with accurate measurements is the best way to choose the right sleeve for you.

Is this a permanent solution or does it restore foreskin?

No. This is a non-permanent, wearable product. It does not restore or regrow foreskin and does not change your anatomy.

Is it safe to wear?

Yes, when used as directed. The sleeve is made from body-safe materials and designed for comfort. However:

  • Do not wear it too tightly
  • Remove it if you feel discomfort, numbness, or irritation

If you have medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.

How do I choose the right size?

We provide a sizing guide based on measurements. A proper fit should feel secure but not tight or restrictive. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend the more comfortable (slightly looser) option.

Can it be worn during sexual activity?

This product was not specifically designed for use during sexual activity. Using it in this way may increase the risk of material stress or tearing.
If you choose to use it during sexual activity, please do so at your own risk. Stop use immediately if you experience discomfort, irritation, or notice any damage to the sleeve.

How do I clean it?

Clean the sleeve after each use with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before storage. Do not store in contact with other silicone prosthetics.

How long does it last?

With proper care, the sleeve should last for an extended period. Lifespan depends on frequency of use, cleaning habits, and material handling. There is not a set amount of time they are going to last.

When should I NOT use this product?

Do not use if you:

  • Have open wounds, irritation, or infections in the area
  • Are not fully healed from surgery in the area
  • Experience pain or numbness while wearing it

PRODUCTS

How do I clean my prosthesis?

Use warm water and PH neutral soap to clean all parts and allow to air dry. For sterilisation you can put the silicone packer into boiling water. Powder after cleaning with talc-free baby powder or corn starch to prevent tackiness and keep the prosthetic soft. The harness is machine washable **Remove black bar and rings before**.

Will the 14cm (5.5in) soft packer be available as a Basic Model?

Unfortunately not. The cost of certified skin-safe silicone is high and we aim to remain accessible and affordable. To create the 14cm packer as a Basic Model would actually cost more to create than the incremental price we would list it, to fit with the other sizes!

Do you make custom requests?

We are always open to enquiries regarding custom pieces, so please feel free to get in touch via email to discuss your ideas. However, as we are often very busy and typically have a number of projects already in development, we are not always in a position to take on additional custom work.
That said, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible and will let you know if we’re able to fulfil your request.

POSTAGE & CUSTOMS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. The most popular international countries are the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Please take a quick look at the customs section for details on import fees.

How long for production/shipping?

We try to despatch orders as soon as possible, but advise that production time may be up to 2 weeks during busier periods.

Shipping within the UK is 1-3 days delivery and International orders vary between 8-12 working days. These are not a guarantee but the service used (Royal Mail) is usually very reliable.

Is the packaging discreet?

We package our products in branded boxes, however the boxes are inside plain grey envelopes that cannot be seen through. We do not state the company name on any outer packaging.

Very discreet on the doorstep.

Where is my order?

We ship with Royal Mail the Uk's largest shipping company who are very reliable.

You will be provided with a tracking number with the despatch email so please check your emails and spam folder.

Sometimes there are unforeseen delays within the shipping services. Usually this is due to hold ups at customs and they do eventually move on and arrive at the final destination. If 30 days pass from despatch date please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Duties, Taxes, & Customs Fees

Please check your local customs and import laws to see whether your order will incur any taxes or fees.

For customers in the countries listed below, any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there should be no additional fees or import charges to pay during the shipping process or on delivery.

For all other destinations, duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees are not included in your order total or postage cost. If any additional charges are applied by your local customs authority, it is your responsibility to pay them.

Failure to pay any required fees (where applicable) may result in your order being refused and returned to us.
